Pour in a hot drink and watch your company logo, artwork or message appear on this 11 oz ceramic Magic Mug. As the mug cools, the exterior returns to black; the design may remain faintly visible when cold.

We can adapt your company logo or requested artwork to the printable area, subject to file quality, suitability and your permission to use the design.

Personalization

1. Upload your logo or image using the image upload field.
2. Enter your optional message exactly as you want it printed. Include any name, preferred layout or design instructions.
3. Review the digital proof sent by email. Production begins after you approve the final design.

For a group order with different names, contact sales@thekatscratch.com before ordering. A digital proof will be emailed within 2–3 business days after we receive usable artwork and complete instructions. One revision is included.

Artwork requirements

Use an original PNG or JPG in RGB. Transparent PNG is preferred for logos. We recommend artwork at 300 PPI at its intended print size; the supplier minimum is 150 PPI. Send the highest-resolution original you have, rather than a screenshot. We review the artwork and confirm placement in your proof. If you only have a vector file, email it with your order number and upload a PNG preview.

Care

Hand wash gently. Do not microwave or place in the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrubbing the heat-reactive surface.
